Delivery Options

Our delivery and pickup services are available Monday – Saturday, 7AM – 7PM, orders received on Sundays or out of business hours will be processed first thing on the next business day. Specific time deliveries are available within the normal business hours, give us a call (949) 444-5787 or email contact@rentalstoyourdoor.com for your specifics. Sundays or after business hours deliveries are available for an additional charge starting at $25 depending on the specifics.

Delivery & Pickup services are curbside drop-off & pickup. Curbside includes deliveries to jobsites, commercial docks, residential garages, or driveways. We may add extra charges if delivery or pickup location is to a backyard, location has multiple doors, is in excess of 100 ft of vehicle, or is other than ground level (hills, fences, gates, elevator, or stairs). In addition level charges will apply if there are more than 3-4 outside entry steps. It’s important to note that OSHA requires footwear at all times shoes will not be removed (if arranged in advance booties may be used). The use of our rental equipment is the responsibility of only the end user.

Important note about our delivery / pickup prices: We calculate our delivery rates base on item type, size, weight and handling.

• Standard One-Day Delivery

Place an order anytime before 7:00 p.m. today to receive it by 7:00 p.m. next day with no minimum on orders (Note: we are delivering Monday – Saturday, 7AM – 7PM)

Pickup

The pickup location must be the same place where the tool was delivered, our delivery personnel will arrange with you the pickup time for our equipment.

Deposit

We require a security deposit in addition to securing the payment of rental charges. The security deposit will be 100% refunded if the equipment returned is without any damages. Equipment must be return in good conditions.

Online Transaction Surcharge (CC Surcharge)

In order for us to keep maintaining affordable prices on your favorite tools rental. We have to pass a fraction of credit card surcharge to our customers.

Backorders

For orders containing items on back-order, RentalsToYourDoor.com will hold the order until the items are in stock. Once the items are in stock, RentalsToYourDoor.com will send you an e-mail confirmation and finished the transaction; we then will proceed and deliver the rental item. Backorders are usually taking between 1 to 3 weeks to be in stock.
